Terms & Conditions 

By booking and using our counselling services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

• We provide online mental health counselling and wellness sessions conducted over phone/video calls.

• These services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency services. In case of crisis or emergency, please contact your local emergency number or nearest hospital immediately.

2. Booking & Payment

• Sessions can be booked only through our official booking channels.

• Charges: ₹1,000 for a 30-minute session and ₹1,500 for a 60-minute session.

• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings will not be confirmed.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• You may reschedule your session free of charge if the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.

• Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours will not be accepted.

• We follow a strict no-refund policy.

4. Session Guidelines

• Clients are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private, and stable internet/phone connection during the session.

• If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on the client’s side or a no-show, it will be treated as completed, and no rescheduling/refund will apply.

• If the disruption is from our side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during counselling sessions is kept strictly confidential.

• Exceptions apply only in cases where disclosure is required by law or where there is an imminent risk of harm to self or others.

6. Client Responsibility

• Counselling works best with honesty, openness, and active participation.

• Clients must provide accurate personal information during booking and sessions.

• Services are available only to individuals 18 years and older. Clients below 18 must have the consent of a parent/guardian.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While every effort is made to provide professional support, no outcomes or specific results are guaranteed.

• The service provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of these services.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website (text, images, resources, branding) is the property of the service provider and cannot be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/State].
