- The counselling sessions offered through this platform are professional mental health counselling and wellness support services, provided over phone/video calls.
- These sessions are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or call your local emergency helpline immediately.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
- Counselling is a collaborative process, and while every effort is made to provide professional guidance and support, outcomes may vary from person to person.
- No specific results or guarantees are promised through these services.
Client Responsibility
- Clients are expected to provide accurate information during sessions. The effectiveness of counselling depends on the client’s active participation, honesty, and openness.
- Clients must ensure a private and distraction-free environment for their sessions.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- All session fees are non-refundable.
- Free rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
- Sessions missed due to client unavailability, late cancellations (within 12 hours), or technical issues on the client’s side will be treated as completed with no rescheduling or refund.
Limitation of Liability
- The counsellor/service provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of counselling services.
- By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of this disclaimer.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our counselling services.

Session Charges

₹1,000 for a 30-minute session
₹1,500 for a 60-minute session

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session free of charge if the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the session will not be accepted, and the session fee will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Please note that we follow a strict no-refund policy for all booked sessions.
If you are unable to attend your session, we encourage you to reschedule within the allowed time frame.

Session Non-Completion

If a session cannot take place due to technical issues from our end, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no extra charge.
If technical issues occur from the client’s side, or in case of a no-show, the session will be considered completed, and no rescheduling/refund will apply.
